Glebe Residence
Alterations and additions to an 1890’s residence.

An 1890’s Glebe cottage with the advantage of a North wall to a side street.
The original section of the house, mainly the bedrooms, retain the intimacy of enclosed spaces. The rear addition, with kitchen, living room, bathroom and deck open generously to the rear garden and to the view across the side street to the trees in the Chinese temple garden whilst maintaining privacy.
The new bathroom opens to a small courtyard, providing a North orientation, yet retaining privacy.
